Kids get crafty with a spooky DIY project just in time for Halloween, designing and decorating a one-of-a-kind tote bag of their own. Once the bags are ready, it is time to fill them with tasty treats while trick-or-treating around the library. Costumes are encouraged, so come dressed up and ready for some festive, hands-on fall fun.
