Little ones can dress up in their silliest, spookiest or sparkliest costume for this festive Halloween storytime. After a seasonal story, kids and their families join a costume parade that winds through the library, stopping at trick-or-treat stations along the way. It is a safe, playful way for preschoolers to celebrate.
