Families with young children are invited to dance, sing and play with bubbles at this festive evening party. Halloween costumes are not required but strongly encouraged, so little ones can show off their favorite looks while they twirl through clouds of bubbles. The party is planned for outdoors when the weather cooperates, adding extra room to move and play.
