Start your weekend strong with a 45-minute open-air mat Pilates class for all levels. Certified instructors from local studios including Club Pilates, p3 Pilates, Drip Pilates, and Fuego Pilates guide you through a full-body workout that strengthens your core and improves mobility. After class, enjoy a complimentary mimosa or mocktail. Bring your mat and towel, and if rain threatens, the class moves under the shaded cover of The Helm Bar pavilion.
