Dozens of quilts from the Southwest Florida Quilters Guild hang on clotheslines between the palms at Edison and Ford Winter Estates. Guild members also sell quilts, and certified appraiser Lars Cain, who has worked with the Library of Congress and the Smithsonian, offers appraisals; visitors may bring their own antique quilts to be assessed.
